Taylor's Bell Foundry

The museum at John Taylor & Co, tells the story of the Bellfoundry going right back to its links with bellfounding in the 13th Century.

The Museum is normally open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00am - 12:00noon and 2:00pm - 4:00pm. (last admission ¾ hour before closing)

For visits to the Museum please telephone before travelling to confirm opening times as the Museum is closed when tours are taking place.

Full tours of the Museum and Works are for Groups of 10 or more people and by prior arrangement.

It may be possible to join an existing tour if there are spaces available.
