Post Office Limited are introducing a new service in Barrow which will be known as North Street Drop & Collect Post Office. It will be at Barrow Service Station, 56 North Street, Barrow upon Soar.

It looks like this will have only the following services:

• Parcel collect & return - pre-paid only
• Bill Payments
• Mobile Top-up Services

For other services such as banking, customers are still advised to travel to Quorn or Sileby.

At the 2024 RHS East Midlands in Bloom Awards held in Melton Mowbray on 25th September, Barrow Upon Soar won GOLD and Best in Category for Small Towns.  Our Judges Award went to the Railway Station for "transforming the station into a delightful place with raised planters and artwork".
