Keep Fit

Tuesday Mornings 10:00am - 11:00am. Southfields Park, Loughborough.

Pilates

Monday Evenings 7:00pm - 8:00pm. Baptist Church Rooms, Beveridge Street (The Gap).

Wednesday Mornings 11:00am - 12:00pm. Baptist Church Rooms, Beveridge Street (The Gap).

Pilates is ideal for anyone wanting to improve the strength of stomach, back and pelvic floor muscles, it is a mat-work class and can be very useful for anyone with back / neck problems, it also improves flexibility and reduces stress.

Tums & Bums

Wednesday Mornings 10:00am - 11:00am. Baptist Church Rooms, Beveridge Street (The Gap).
