Barrow Community Library Volunteers

The planters outside the library were put in place in October 2017 to help to make the area look as inviting as possible, but also in part, to try to discourage people from parking in front of the library. 

The planters were made and maintained by a volunteer; they are planted up twice a year by BUSCA; and they are watered by library volunteers and the Parish Council.
