YOGA FOR ALL - GROUP CLASS (Mondays 9:30am, Barrow Upon Soar Community Library)
Movement, breathwork and meditation combine to calm and invigorate you. This class is accessible, whatever your prior experience of yoga, with opportunity for you to explore your own practice and get to grips with the fundamentals of yoga

YOGA FLOW - GROUP CLASS (Barrow Upon Soar and Burton On The Wolds)
My vinyasa style classes are packed full of creative sequencing - expect a challenge in an inclusive, supportive environment. Combining movement and breath to build strength and flexibility, these classes with give you the opportunity to explore your own practice.
Burton On the Wolds class is suitable for all levels of experience
Barrow Upon Soar Class is suitable for those with some experience
STRONG AND SLOW - ONLINE CLASS
This class gives the opportunity to work through postures at a slower pace, the perfect opportunity to really get to grips with each posture, or just enjoy a more relaxed class! Breathwork and meditation complement the physical practice to leave you calm and revitalised.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS - GROUP CLASS (Barrow Upon Soar)
New to yoga? This is the class for you... Beginning with the basics and creating a firm foundation for your yoga practice. Movement, breathing and meditation will give you a well-rounded class, and the opportunity to get to know yoga at your own pace.
Suitable for complete beginners, those returning to yoga or those wanting to improve their understanding of yoga.
