PAUSE Yoga is to encourage everyone to take time out of your day/week to reset and restore with my regular, soothing practice. My aim has always been to create accessible, easy to follow vinyasa yoga flow and mindfulness classes within a small, friendly local commUNITY.

Practice Pause Yoga for body, mind and soul…

✨Body:

My dynamic classes are designed to challenge your body, whether it is your first class or your 50th, regardless of your weight, age or fitness level my yoga practice will challenge you to enable progression without pushing you beyond your limits.

✨Mind:

Pause classes incorporate mindfulness techniques that calm the mind and reduce stress levels. Through the practice of being present and by focusing on your breath you will find calm, inner peace.

✨Soul:

Pause Yoga is a good place to be, come and make friends, be part of the community, giggle with us and leave feeling happier, calmer and more energised. 

Press PAUSE in your week to reset with my weekly practice to challenge the body, calm the mind, and soothe the soul.
