Sports massage is an excellent addition to a training routine to help you prepare for an upcoming event or to help prevent injury and improve your performance.
Sports Massage is suitable for athletes and non athletes and can be beneficial and help rehabilitate any muscle ailment.
Treatment plans will include postural assessments, range of motion testing which help to establish which muscles are causing issues and that require massage.
