The Boat House

This pub is currently closed and being refurbished. It is expected to be open again by the end of May 2019.

The Boat House makes full use of its spectacular location at the side of the meandering River Soar. There is a large riverside garden with seating, and moorings for visiting boats. Punts, Kayaks and Canoes are available for hire, and the pub is home to Boathouse Paddlers. Many Canoe, kayak, Dragon Boat and Dongola events are run from the site.

Inside, there is a pool table, and TV screens. A meeting room is also available for hire with projector facilities.

It is also the home of Maureen's Kitchen, the pub's food service, serving traditional English and Chinese cuisine.

Well behaved Dogs are welcome & allowed to bring their owners on leads.
