Since 2023 St Gregory's Sileby has been joined as one parish with Sacred Heart Shelthorpe under the new name of St Alban in  Charnwood, a reminder of the old Catholic Church in Barrow in Hollybush Lane.

A small Christian Community meets on zoom in Barrow on a Tuesday afternoon at 3pm 

A joint group with the Methodist community  meets on Monday evening at the Barrow Methodist church to study the gospel.

Catholics in Barrow are actively involved in all the activities of Churches Together in Barrow.
