  It is required that parents of Under 16s give written consent to their childs participation in our webiste. It is essential that consent is given if a child's image is being published on the website.

• Adult Consent Form (MS Word, 34 Kb)

  It is recommended that written consent is given if a person's image is being published on the website.

• Property Image Consent Form (MS Word, 35 Kb)

  It is recommended that written consent is given if a picture of a person's house or building is being published on the website. This is not essential if the picture is of a street scene.
