Keep Fit

Monday Mornings 9:30am - 10:30am. The Scout Hut.

Tuesday Mornings 9:45am - 10:45am. Unity House, Loughborough. (Ladies Only)

Wednesday Mornings 9:30am - 10:30am. The Gap.

Pilates

Monday Mornings 10:45am - 11:45am. The Scout Hut.

Monday Evenings 6:30pm - 7:30pm & 7:30pm - 8:30pm. Barrow Community Library.

Tuesday Mornings 10:45am - 11:45am. Unity House, Loughborough.

Wednesday Mornings 10:45am - 11:45am. The Gap.

Wednesday Evenings 7:00pm - 8:00pm. The Gap.

Pilates is ideal for anyone wanting to improve the strength of stomach, back and pelvic floor muscles, it is a mat-work class and can be very useful for anyone with back / neck problems, it also improves flexibility and reduces stress.
