In 1980, the Parish Council expressed an interest in this work and enquiries were made about having it published. The cost of such a venture proved to be prohibitive - about £5 each for an edition containing only half of the 1980 contents. Subsequently, the Local History section of the Leics, County Library, Loughborough offered to make to prints. A set would be available at each of the Barrow and Loughborough branches. These became available in November,1983 with additional prints supplied by the compiler. In addition, 2 bound photostat copies were made for loan at the Barrow library.
A monochrome copy was made by the compiler. It is intended to present this to the Public Records Office, Leicester.
