Scarecrow Festivals
Scarecrow Festivals
Scarecrow Festivals first started in Barrow in 2020 during the first year of the Coronavirus pandemic. Organised by BUSCA, households are invited to join in the fun by displaying scarecrows. Then over the weekend, many villagers follow maps to view the scarecrows. Judging takes place, and awards are made to first, second and third places.
