Barrow Footpaths Group

This is a village group of volunteers with the aim to keep our footpaths and jitties clear and tidy of rubbish and overhanging branches and brambles. We meet every two weeks, usually on Wednesday or Thursday mornings at 10am. Details for each task are sent out to volunteers via email where possible.

This group has been set up with support from the Parish Council. They provide Public Liability Insurance, tools annd other equipment. For those who prefer to help out with litter picking, we also have bags and litter pickers available.

Please contact the Parish Council on 01509 416016 or via email on clerk@barrowpc.org.uk if you wish to join this group.

To report issues about Footpaths to the Parish Council please use the Fault Report Form on the Parish Council Website or click here.  There is also a map of the Footpaths around the village available on the Parish Council Website or click here.

We are always keen to find out what areas around the village you think need to be a priority for this group to get working on. If you know of any areas please let me or the Parish Council know.

Please read our Risk Assessment before completing the Volunteer Registration Form and CV19 Risk Assessment Form then come and join us on one of our future tasks.
